CALL TO ORDER

Chairperson, Ms. Amy Pitzer from Concord University, convened the meeting at 4:15 pm. In view of the fact that a quorum could not be established for the meeting, Ms. Pitzer stated that the members could still discuss any issue of importance to ACCE but no formalized action could be taken where a vote was needed. With the intent of the meeting to be a work session, she recommended that the members focus primarily on one issue-the development and finalization of the presentation to be given by ACCE to the HEPC on the following day. The balance of the meeting centered on that presentation with the Personnel Study being the major topic to be presented. The meeting concluded later that evening.

RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED,

Robert E. Long, Secretary
